Our History
Leonhardt Vineyards was founded in 1999 coinciding with purchase of a 15 acre property at 8500 Dry Creek Road in Dry Creek Valley Sonoma County just outside the towns of Healdsburg and Geyserville, California.
This was near the historic site of one of the first vineyards in all of Sonoma County in the late 1800’s. The Leonhardt family cleared the land, put up fences and vineyard posts and planted zinfandel and petite syrah vines acquired from St. Peter’s Church property in Sonoma County.

In 2010, Leonhardt Vineyards won the first of many Gold Medals for our wines with the Sonoma County Harvest Fair Gold Medal for our 2007 Zinfandel.

Where To Purchase
Our wines are crafted with care and attention, aged to perfection in oak barrels for approximately 24 months before release. They will be available exclusively through our online store or at select Trader Joe’s grocery stores.
